Recommend having breakfast here, great food, coffee and service. Really impressed that fresh fruit was served with our dishes, great morning start.

Near to Union square, lies the alternative to Hotel breakfast or lunch for tourists and a warm welcome for all. We loved this cafe and ate there twice on our visit to SF. The breakfasts - fresh fruit, cooked breakfasts, salads, savoury crepes and imaginative juices were all superb. I would have liked to pay less, but SF is not... More

The cable car wait was over an hour long. By the time we got to the end of the line, in downtown, we were starving. We had no idea where to eat. Cable car driver recommended this place. It was Great food, and quiet. Great location next to cable cars and great shopping. The pizza was Sooo good. I am... More

We asked for Brick Oven Pizza- its not! It's a frozen pie crust- not what I was hoping for. The prices are too high for the quality of food. The pasta is okay and the safest menu choice. The pasta portion is large- so 2-3 people could share. Do not over order.

Our only regret is not finding Cafe Bellini sooner! Any time of the day is a good time for cafe Bellini. We enjoyed breakfast, happy hour on drinks and food along with a late night latte! Staff, food and drinks were all outstanding!!

Most Powell Street eateries cater to cheap tourists. We had a great breakfast comped to us by the Villa Florence next door. While the coupon was very strict and limiting, the Bulgarian waiter was very flexible and allowed us substitutions. Their food and service were excellent. He checked in on us 5 times and at the end he brought us... More

Small but charming place. You can get take out or there is limited seating. We had a party of 10 & refused to put us together but did put us at 2 tables next to each other. Service is mediocre but the food is fantastic. Pizzas were amazing!! About 10" personal pizza - only got through half. Dough was hand-made... More

Had breakfast here on the way to catch our guided tour. We were seated promptly, but it did take awhile for our server to address us. But, after that initial service hiccup, everything was very nice and well paced. The smoked salmon plate I had was fresh and plentiful. Coffee was strong and flavorful and the fresh orange juice, sweet... More

Four years ago my wife and I went. However in four years much changed. We went here to order some takeout to bring back to my hotel. When I asked what was available for takeout I was told "go outside and look at the window." We were told that only the sandwiches that have been sitting in the display for... More
