everything was terrific as far as service and food. It was difficult to get a reservation and once there, we could hardly squeeze in the door to stand packed like sardines in the tiny waiting area/bar

I'm giving it four stars because it is a very fancy place, but not my style. Service was excellent, and Gerald and the manager were very attentive. My favorites included bacon beignets and gem salad (especially the croutons). The duck, salmon, and beef entrees were...More

This was our first visit to Frances and won't be our last! The menu changes and isn't extensive -- it fits on an ~8" square. Appetizers, entrees and sides on the front. Dessert, aperitifs and teas on the back. As others have mentioned, this is...More
