For a small restaurant this place packs a punch! The burgers are big and juicy. Vegetarian options are available. Nothing fancy but good food and good service. Recommended.

Good place when you are staying in downtown. You might have to wait for a table but it will not be long. Alone? No worry. It is also a comfortable place to have a breakfast... More

This is a very small diner, but you don't go here for the ambiance. You go here for the food. It had unique dishes that are very tasty. I recommend finding time in your morning to eat breakfast here!!

This is a small, standard coffee shop place, but the food is worth the wait. Portion sizes are also large.

My wife went to this restaurant on her stay in San Francisco and loved this place. There was a line but it didn't take long and the food is so worth it. The Taylor's Hash was delectable and the fruit was so fresh! Would definitely return!!!

I got the fruit plate which was delicious and the fruit was amazing! There is also a tofu salad - if you're looking for a "hearty vegan meal" then go somewhere else.

Tiny restaurant near union square with great breakfast. A little pricey 15-20$ per breakfast entree, but the food was wonderfully fresh with beautiful presentation. The staff was very accommodating as we had our infant in a stroller. Would definitely revisit.

You better get there at the right time as the shop is very small in size with extremely limited seating. The service was good and the food was very good.

We loved our food and thoroughly enjoyed every bite but when our bill came it was within one dollar of what we had paid for dinner the precious night. I had added fruit to my French toast and was charged an additional $8 (menu said $3). Overall though it seems insignificant to make an issue of it! Be prepared to... More

Small restaurant with seating for maybe two dozen that you might be tempted to pass by if there is a line to get in, but it is worth the wait. Not a place to linger, since you are aware there others waiting to eat the amazing food this place delivers. Eggs were super fluffy, hash-browns perfectly cooked, tasty sausage, fresh... More

Description
The Taylor Street Coffee Shop is a long-standing favorite of San Francisco offering the city fresh, tasty coffee and delicious breakfast food. We love to serve a healthy breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, but also have items such as our breakfast pizza - hash browns under scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and more - that we know will satisfy. We keep the atmosphere casual and relaxed, the service friendly and fast, and the food hot and tasty. What more could you ask for?
