Large portions - you will have enough food left over to have lunch the next day, cozy location - just a few tables really packed together, friendly staff - very attentive and kind. The food was delicious although it seemed a bit watered down in...More

Great food, friendly service, good prices. Cute, casual location in a touristy part of Haight Ashbury. Kind of tight seating; the place is on the small side. Full bar and/or beers on tap would be nice.

This little place is amazing. The vibe is warm and cozy and the food is killer. We got eggs and chorizo with homemade tortillas and some sort of pork dish. Super fresh and yummy and they have plantains that are delish. Do it!

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and completely loved it. Although the restaurant is very small, and people are always bumping your table, it is completely worth it. I ordered the Bistec with Onions and there was so much meat! Definitely worth the price!

This local restaurant in the Haight is serving it up old school. The mofongo, the sangria, and the pernil asado were a authentic as they come. Make the trek to visit this place. No reservations so please make the wait.

The area surrounding the intersection of Haight and
Ashbury streets, “The Haight” still exudes vibes of
the 1960s counterculture as a haven for vintage
clothes, music, pop posters and body piercing shops.
While the Summer of Love ended decades ago,
Haight-Ashbury has turned into a melting pot of
hippies, hipsters, and professionals. Walking through
its streets can still feel like stepping back in time.
