Had a wonderful dinner with friends. Very professional and helpful waiter who noticed the wine we brought to share, made sure we were aware of the corkage fee, and then followed up to offer an ice bucket to keep our special Chardonnay cold. We loved...More

We spend USD120 / couple (total 3 couples) for appetizers (taste the waggyu Jerky and the Pork belly) and burgers and two wine bottles! Quite expensive but its worth it! The place is really nice and the service too!

This is a great neighborhood place, but it's also more than that. The ambiance is friendly and casual, with several different areas to sit and/or drink. The menu, though a bit on the high side price-wise, offers a wide range of innovative appetizers (like roasted...More

It's not really a pub but more of a hybrid gastropub/restaurant. The staff were friendly & the service was good. The menu is somewhat limited but the food was good, as were the drinks.

My daughters were so excited for us to try Park Tavern. The atmosphere is great! However, our waiter was not friendly or accommodating to my gluten allergy. I ordered a burger patty minus the bun, cheese and bacon. I asked for extra lettuce/greens since I...More

North Beach / Telegraph Hill
The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, the sounds
of opera, and the sights of the romantic Italian
ristorante come together to create the charming
neighbourhood of North Beach, once the stomping
grounds for the Beatnik Generation. Although parts of
North Beach are known for nightlife that’s not always
suitable for younger visitors, few neighbourhoods in
the city exude as much European charm and style.

With an exciting mix of vintage fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and handsome textures, Park Tavern is an elegant spin on a North Beach neighborhood classic. Owner Anna Weinberg and designer Kendra Nicholas of Park Interiors collaborated to divide the room into unique, dedicated spaces -- the handsome marble bar, the terra cotta floored cafe with windows that open onto the patio facing Washington Park, the comfortable dining room with tufted leather banquettes, and an open kitchen with a chef’s counter. Park Tavern will showcase Chef Partner Jennifer Puccio's talents with delicious American bistro classics and emphasize seafood from a wood burning oven. From raw to fried, expect boldly flavored dishes that you'll want to eat several times a week. Serving up classic cocktails with the candor and character of an old friend, you won't find any overly fancy mixology here. But when it comes to wines, you find something for everyone!
