Very spacious, bright light, wifi, plugs and great coffee. There's an impressive selection of different roasts. Think Philz coffee before the heyday. I haven't tried the food but this is a great place to work or meet and talk.

Having a quick bite in between two city highlights. A nice bagel and a creamstick. Last one was the better one. Soccer was on which was fine.

I am just sitting here drinking my oreo blended mocha smoothies. It tastes really good. Here the chai tea is almighty and if you want to drink some coffee you can choose which coffee bean they make. Very clean and the staff is helpful and there is free wifi:)

Dunno why my family hated it. I found it to be rather nice! Ordered Alicha Begee (sounds like Menachem Begin so funny). The spiced lamb coupled with injera elicited a rather sour and tingly taste which I find fascinating. I guess some just don't like things sour.

Oasis Cafe is a great find on the corner of Divisadero St. and Fulton St. in the Alamo Square area, San Francisco. Just at the lunch time hour, there was a trickling of regular customers mostly there for the coffee. Approximately 20 - 25 different types of coffee beans to choose from. Each cup made with the freshly ground beans... More

picked this place because I had a restaurant.com coupon. Made the mistake of not calling to confirm they took the coupon before I arrived. Owner said they don't take the coupon and that restaurant.com were all liars. Got the veggie combo plate and shared it. tasty, enough food for 2. Would have liked to have tried other things with the... More

I've had a lot of coffee from lots of places, but none compared to this. You can choose from 25-30 different coffees, and they hand-brew it for you, right there, on the spot. Better than drip, as good as French press or better, this is a must-stop for me every time I come to the city. My favorite thing to... More

The five of us were in the City looking for a late lunch, and we stumbled (didn't know it existed) into this corner restaurant. What a nice surprise. The sign outside touts ethnic cuisine, but the digital menu on the wall lists lots of standard American fare, and my granddaughter (she of limited culinary adventurousness) ordered an egg, ham, and... In addition to generous breakfast sandwiches and omlettes, you can get a variety of sandwiches filled with different meats, sprouts, tomatoes, etc. and you can get some very tasty Ethiopian platters as well. I was pleasantly surprised that the lamb "stew" was very tender and nicely flavored! The salmon burger is delicious and all sandwiches come with a homemade side!... More
