Tommy's is simple and delicious!! It has an americana decor, and a nice bar with friendly staff and a very wide selection of local beers and very cheap house wine. Now the food... It's pretty epic to be honest. $10 gets you a full plate...More

Had so much looked forward to a handmade sandwich but it turned out to be a bad decision. The meat is pretty tasteless, the bread is 1-3 days old, the service or should we say interaction with staff is at the minimum and the facilities...More

If you like meat. If you like sandwiches. If you like history. If you like interesting settings. If you like all the above, this is your go to place.

After suffering the indignity of harsh condescending attitudes from uninteresting self-impressed people at a dark, cramped place with $16 olives (or similar) and hard wood seating, my husband and I wandered hungry and dejected into this warm, glowing place with history, comfort and people being...More

When on business trips to the city, I like to visit Tommy's for dinner. This last time I had a turkey dinner. It came with a salad, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the guy just kept piling the turkey white meat on the plate....More

This place is unique. One side is a bar with drinks, and the other is food. For the food you wait in line and order off the small menu. Typically its some meat and a couple side dishes. Then you choose if you want more...More

Visited this place on our trip around the States earlier in the year and loved it. Don’t come expecting gourmet service. They smack the food on your plate like it’s a big family dinner, and you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll shovel it down and...More

Had a meal here on Thanksgiving, everything is just like your mother would make it and the portions are plentiful. If anything, the kitsch interior is definitely worth of having a beer in here. I recommend the sloppy Joe or any meat sanwich aswell

Really enjoyed this bar. A number of good beers and not too expensive. Very friendly staff too. And the food? Absolutely brilliant but very cheap. Highly recommended

Inside is cool but food was weak. Shoe leather meat, lumpy partially cooked “mashed” potatoes, and canned green beans. Maybe other stuff on the menu is better? I won’t bother going back to find out.

Yes most of the menu is GF. All the main dinners are GF without the dinner roll. The sandwiches can be made on a butter lettuce wrap or Tommy's has GF bread occasionally. The dinners come with 2 sides a hot and a cold, the... More
