Had lunch on Beautiful sunny day. Sitting outside is a must, as long as the sky is blue. The food is very good, tasty and good portion/value. The service is good, because of its location this place is busy, very busy indeed. So the service is a little slow, but nothing close to being annoying. Very recommended!

We were on a California Coastal cruise on the Star Princess and one of our stops was an overnight in San Francisco. The fist day we did a hop on hop off bus but it rained all afternoon so we didn't do a lot of walking around. The next day the weather was much better. It was sunny and was... More

Located at the end of the Ferry Bldg, it’s the perfect place for lunch or dinner. Outside seating on the patio is great for people watching, and the cozy dining room inside has a nice view of the Bay Bridge lights. We ordered several shared items, and every dish was awesome – really loved the deviled eggs, pancetta/arugula flatbread, asparagus... More

At the southwest corner of the Ferry building, lots of people watching outdoor seating as well as large bar and indoor seating. Great place to sit, drink wine and watch the unique blend of SF'ers walk, ride, jog, bike, hop, crawl, and just go by. Ordered the broccoli cheddar mac & cheese, a must have...

Four of us had a wonderful lunch here on Tuesday. My wife and I each ordered a two-course meal ($28) and our friends each got a salad, entree, and dessert. We all shared an excellent bottle of pinot noir that went well with both the fish and meats we enjoyed. The location is great and the service was wonderful. We'll... More

The food and wine are so-so at best, so don't expect your san fran culinary experience here, but its a nice place to sit outside on a beautiful evening. It had been years since I had been there. I recalled it being much better about 4 years ago. Also, reservations are for inside only and its about claiming a spot... More

Celebrated a long time reunion here with a hearty brunch. Whilst my scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, my companions burgers were...well...hearty! Our server could not have been nicer and more efficient. Sometimes you just know that a waiter is not just being pleasant for the sake of it, but this guy obviously enjoyes his job. I regret not noting his... More

Singularly the rudest server I have encountered in San Francisco. Apparently "attitude" is included in the menu without being listed as an option. Too much competition in this city to offer that.

Went there on a walk around the Piers - its located in the Fery building and we had small plates to share between us which was fine for a lunch as the sizes were good. Can definitely recommend the Shisito Peppers and the Nachos which were both very good. Definitely order the peppers as they were so good we ordered... More

The crowd of business people enjoying happy hour at the outdoor tables suggested to us the Market Bar might be a good place for an early dinner. We were delighted. The Caesar salad and mushroom ravioli were delicious, as was the carafe of pinot noir. It was fun eating outside and the atmosphere was much more sophisticated than the touristy... More
