The quality and prices you expect when in a hotel with no other close-by options. Maybe a little worse than most.

If you are staying at the Fairmont on Knob Hill In san Francisco, and you must eat at the hotel, Laurel Court is not a bad option. It's located off the main lobby, it's huge and can get quite busy. It's by no means upscale...More

I am a coniesure of tea time ritual. This was the worst experience and service I have ever had for a traditional high tea. Very poor service. We had to find the hostess to find our waiter several times to just get a second pot...More

Considering that this is the Fairmont's only dining venue except for the overcrowded Tonga Room, it is an overpriced major disappointment. Yes, it is a lovely gracious room; well, it would have been if the loudly snoring dog hadn't been at the next table. The...More

Traditional off lobby bar in beautiful surroundings. It's a bit small (bar) but plenty of smaller tables. Friendly efficient service by well trained staff. The bartender was at the top of his game and well the price. Stop in and have a drink
Thank you for your kind words - they have been shared with our entire team. We hope to serve you again soon. Sincerely, Andrew
Choose the menu, the continental breakfast or the full buffet with omelettes, etc. Great smokes salmon, fresh fruits, oatmeal & homemade granola. You will return
We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our buffet. We agree that it is one of the best in the city and hope to see you again soon. Warm regards, Andrew
We ate here several times. It is a beautiful area and at night the bar area is a fun place to socialize

I has a drink at the bar at Laurel Court. It's a pleasant setting and the bar tenders seemed knowledgeable. I was there on a Friday night and they were quite busy.
The Laurel Court is an exquisite room. The interior designers knew what they were doing. Pity about the management and staff. If the system allowed me to give it less than one out of five, believe me I would!
