Was on a business trip to San Francisco and decided to the “tourist thing” and eat dinner at a restaurant on Fisherman’s Wharf. Chose Tarantino’s and glad I did. I made it to the restaurant early (5pm) on a Saturday and was able to get...More

Food was humdrum, service was average, prices were average, all in all this is not as good as the East Coast. I guess I am spoiled by the great food in Boston. My clam chowder tasted like it came in a can.

Visited San Francisco for Christmas Holiday. I do it every year. Although San Francisco has been generally dramatically deteriorated because it's status as a sanctuary city, with poor food preparation, and third rate waitress/waiter service, Tarantino's remains a great restaurant. Its at the Fisherman's Wharf...More

Delicious flavory food. We selected two different seafood pasta that were delicious one with shrimp and scalops and the other was mussel, shrimp, and clams. Drinks were good. Staff was very attentive. Views of classic fishermans boats.

We saw this walking along the marina and thought it looked amazing from the outside with the lovely views. We got seated and soon started to notice it's very run down. Tables and chairs are old as the hills, the roof tiles are all broken...More

Cracked Dungeness Crab, Clam Chowder, & Cioppino are among guest favorites. Seafood Fettuccine Tarantino, a crowd favorite, Scallops and prawns in a sauce of garlic, herbs, cream, and freshly grated parmesan cheese, is one example of the Italian flavor which is a hallmark of our seafood. For a quick bite, visit Tarantino's Sidewalk Cafe. Our Dungeness Crab are cooked, cracked, and wrapped to go--call in advance for curbside pickup. We strive to provide our customers with a consistently memorable fresh seafood dining experience with a unique San Francisco bay view. Banquet facilities available.
