What a terrific find. Friendly owner and staff and incredible food. Very tight seating but it adds to the ambience. The true definition of a neighborhood gem.

I visited the Caffe Macaroni based upon looking at the reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp. I wanted to avoid the tourist locations in North Beach. My partner and I were the first customers at the restaurant. It's small with the ability to handle 20-25 customers...More
Macaroni is arguably the best authentic, Italian restaurant in North Beach! The service is impeccable, the food is divine and the wine selection is extraordinary. As the old adage goes, 'Pictures speak louder than words', so I've included some of the delicious dishes that we...More

Really tasty, albeit my dish was a bit small. Feels like some real authentic home-made cuisine, but the best part was the atmosphere and the friendliness of Marco. There's something magical about this place. Recommended.
