I've eaten breakfast here numerous times, and I've never ever been disappointed. Scrambled eggs, sausage, eggs benedict - everything is wonderful. I never ever go to San Francisco without having at least one breakfast here! Go - I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Great bread, too!

I use to live n San Francisco, I have missed the good Italian food from here. This place did not let me down. Went there for dinner and it was fabulous. Will try them for breakfast tomorrow. See how they compare to sears fine food restaurant. Not to pricey for the main dish calamari was a little high but very... More

I stopped in here just randomly one morning looking for a nice brunch meal. I got the lox and bagel, but substituted toast instead of the bagel, which they were able to accommodate. I was VERY pleased about the amount and quality of the lox spread. The lox itself was plump, light, and velvety...I think its the best lox I've... More

Recommended to try Roxanne's, never let us down. Used it for breakfast for 5 days and had an evening meal there also. Busy cafe but very well organised and food arrived perfectly presented in just a few minutes, large portions, keep you going all day, also on the cable car route. Very efficient and friendly staff, recommend.

This little cafe (restaurant) was quite close to our hotel so we went in without any prior planning. We were very happy with our choice. It is an Italian restaurant with plenty of dishes in the menu. We found the food to be delicious and plentiful. The veges were cooked to perfection, the meats plentiful and the sauces to die... More

I was craving for eggs benedict so my husband and I went here today. Their salmon eggs benedict was divine and the hollandaise sauce perfection. My husband had the blueberry french toast, also delicious. Good location, its a trolley stop, Powell and Bush. Minus 1 star for the slow service, seating was prompt however. Go here if you want a leisurely breakfast

Small cafe with a good and broad variety of breakfast options, however rather heavy stuff on the menu. Service is attentive and fast.

Excellent small hole in the wall cafe. Food was great although service was below par. Server forgot request for water twice. Never refilled my coffee? Refills are free. Eggs over medium closer to over hard. Still a very nice restaurant and I will be back.

Great choices for breakfast, many include a variety of egg dishes. Dinner was eclectic, good salads, pasta, fish dishes. Nice wine choice. Not too expensive by San Fran standards!
