We stumbled on Fritz while looking for somewhere to eat. Good menu choices, service with a smile. Portion sizes were substantial and set us up for the day. Travelling with 2 vegetarian teenagers, so sometimes a tough group to please, they were really happy.

I had the hooker breakfast plate and it was delicious. The waiters are very nice and the decoration is really cool. I intend to go back whenever I'm in the area again.

Pretty cool place, bit weird furniture and decorations, but really good food. The coffee is more than ok, really liked it. We had one of he crepes and a selection from the breakfast menu. Great taste, nice presentation, maybe a bit expensive, but definitely worth a visit.

1) Wurst and green peppercorn sauce over mashed potatoes: OMG that sauce and potatoes just awesome tasty! I've had that sauce before, one bite and I know its my old friend back to visit. But then later the runs dammit. 2) Steak and herbed butter: meh, how did they manage to make this pretty boring? Not nearly worth it for... More

I tried the Miro crepe (prosuitto, tomato and tapenade) last night. I've never experienced a crepe with such a pungent flavor. To me, it was not worth the cost for such an unpleasant tasting crepe. Usually, I love crepes (such as at the now closed Ti Couz Restaurant). I wonder whether Miro would want this to be his namesake dish.... More

Nice relaxed place to go for breakfast or lunch. Cool decor friendly staff. They put the Real Madrid game on for us which was great. Would come back.

Having had frites a number of times in Belgium and Netherlands, the two of us came to Frjtz with high hopes of recreating those excellent snack experiences. Coincidentally, on the day we visited, the msn.com main page had a link to the "30 best French Fries" in the country and Frjtz was listed. Oh my. Our expectation level was heightened... More

Food overpriced and service disorganized, spotty, inattentive. They left tables on both sides of me dirty for my entire meal, not concerned about it.

There are many other restaurants in Mission where cost-benefit relation should be more to the customer's advantage. Food was not disappointing, but nothing really special either. But portions were small for US standards and price rather high for the Mission area. Maybe we caught a bad night but service was also extremely slow and the (1) restroom was untidy. On... More

The taste of Benelux in the heart of the mission. Belgian frites with over 22 dipping sauces, 6 types of steamed mussels, amazing crepes, daring salads and succulent burgers, Frjtz is an amazing oasis of gastronomical comfort, great music, soothing art and an ambiance that will make you a disciple for years to come. A favorite place to bring your date, parents, children and your gay uncle. Oh yeah and we have a nice selection of Belgian beers in addition to delicious wine.
