Mexican food was bland. We ate lunch there. However, we didn't order a steak, which is supposedly Manuel's best food.

Nothing special but, considering it is in Del Rio, was pleasantly surprised. Steaks were generously sized and properly prepared. Quite tasty. Chips and salsa were very good. Drinks very good.
