This is your typical deli style, but the food was really good. Certainly better executed than a normal deli. Very tasty combinations and some different items as specials.

The food is fine. Its great for a quick lunch downtown. But Asheville is a town of great restaurants and this should not be in the top 20

We absolutely love going to Roman's! Their sandwiches are very tasty, filling, reasonable, and healthy. We have used them several times for catered events and the sandwiches are always a hit, getting rave reviews from everyone. The owners are very kind and we liked them alot. Highly recommended!!

Had delivery service to my office. Ordered the Greek salad for $7.50 (was expecting a little larger salad than what I received). Added some grilled chicken to it which cost a whopping $4 extra and was only a measley 5 slices from a breast. See attached pic. Salad WAS delicious. But after paying $15 after a small tip to the... We dropped by for lunch having visited the bookshop just down the street. Claims to provide all-local ingredients and I didn't see or taste anything that would suggest otherwise. The salads and sandwiches we had were all very good and the service was fine though could've been a little more engaged and engaging.

Menu is as expected in a sandwich shop. Great location downtown next to U.S. Cellular Center. Service was OK. It appears that much of their business is take-out.

We had an awesome lunch! We both ordered local hard ciders. I ordered a turkey cranberry pesto sandwich and it was warm, fresh, and yummy. My husband ordered an Italian sandwich, he reported that the sandwich was delicious!

Working in downtown Asheville, Roman's is always my "go- to" lunch place! They have delicious food and very friendly staff. My place of employment gets catering from Roman's for lunch meetings and we are always very pleased.
