First off...the honeysuckle lavender fizz is amazing!! It is so refreshing and light, and the honeysuckle vodka is delicious. The fried chicken club is huge and to die for....possibly the best fried chicken that I have ever had. Service at the bar was excellent.

The BEST fried chicken I have ever tasted period. Amen. Delicious food and fun atmosphere. The service was lovey and I took home a jar of homemade blueberry jam that I don't plan to share 💯

This place was great. The homemade bread, honey and blueberry jam thday comes with each meal was awesome. The atmosphere and location are also great.

Located in bustling Pritchard Park in downtown Asheville, this busy Bistro not only aims to please but they pull it off in spades! Pros: almost everything, from the limited high quality menu (big menus usually equal fewer fresh ingredients) with lots of local and seasonality...More

I'm diabetic and have to watch what I eat. But once in a while, when I go nuts, I want to make sure I get my calories' worth. Now maybe the fried chicken was so great because I hadn't allowed myself to have any for...More

So glad we decided to have brunch one morning here while on out trip to Asheville. The fried green tomatoes were my favorite thing I ate on the entire trip and the biscuits and jam were outstanding. I had a unique egg dish and a...More

Service very slow. Biscuits were not up to the level I had heard. Honey was a bit bitter. We had lunch here and ordered sandwiches and went with the servers recommendation on mine being the Pork. Portion very small on the Rye bread and the...More

There is a big difference between restaurants with a cook and one with a chef, like Tupelo Honey. Delicious red wine-glazed short ribs (melt-in-your-mouth yumminess), and the shrimp and grits is one of the best anywhere. Laid-back atmosphere. Try it on a random week night;...More

This place was on my list but I had heard the lines are always long to get in so I originally dismissed my plan to stop. On my last day in Asheville I walked by the place around 1 pm and found no lines so...More

While the food and service was good (I had the buttermilk fried chicken), and I liked the calm/cool atmosphere, I have trouble putting my finger on what all the hoopla is about. I see many reviews about the brunch, so maybe that is their big...More

I'm not sure but I wasn't all that satisfied with this place I think there are better restaurants in the area, I'd check with some of the locals while you are there in the area.

Until a couple of days ago, liquor could not be sold before 12 noon on Sunday. that has changed or about to. rest of the time Bloody Marys are no problem. The wait is less on weekends, but still it is best to eat earlier at... More

As an Asheville resident, my biggest complaint is there is no place at all to dress up. not the theater, restaurants, even church. Still some of us do because of habit or we like to. I would encourage everyone to wear a... More

Description
Our Southern dishes and libations are served with a creative twist and a smile, and we serve our guests nothing that we wouldn't want on our own supper table. When we play with our food (and we think it's okay), the result is scrumptious. We're rooted in the Mountain South, and our menu is inspired by time-honored traditions: pickling and frying, canning and preserving, and utilizing seasonal produce and ingredients to prepare delicious, scratch-made creations.
