Spartan interior, but attentive service. Imaginative menu with some quirky offerings. They offer, or at least I ordered one very expensive cocktail.

It's always a risk going out with a party of seven and particularly when there is also a large party that ordered just before you. It's a test of the kitchen's strengths in managing the attention to the details of the food. This should not have been a problem at Table because aside from our group of seven or eight... More

Service was very good. We had the trigger fish with fava beans and a couple of pieces of greens. there was 4 beans . The fish was good The appetizer was grouper served on a big plate with 4 small stripes of raw grouper which was very fishy tasting almost on the verge of being bad. The drinks were good... More

Last night while there was a drenching rain, we had a fabulous dinner. Our waiter, Chris was professional and friendly. We do not partake of alcohol and Table carries an upscale non-alcoholic beer. Yea! We started with a fava bean and hens egg appetizer and a pea, peanut and pea shoot salad. Second, heritage pork chop and Georgia raised chicken... More

I had dinner at Table Wednesday April 26, 2017. It was awesome! Our server was Christopher and he was amazing. The restaurant is billed as farm to table, with fusion mixed in and if that means very fresh food coupled with eclectic tastes and presentations, then I say the description equals (even exceeds) the experience. First Christopher, he was as... More

We enjoyed our dinner at Table this past Saturday very much. The service was outstanding and very friendly. The Menu was seasonal and fresh North Carolina cuisine. We especially liked the Bone Marrow & Basil-Fed Escargot appetizers. Also enjoyed and suggest the NC Striped Bass and Hanger Steak for Entree's. Enjoy and Cheers!!!

The food is delicious. We loved the bass dinner, the whole trout, with cabbage, blue crab with soy and raisins appetizer, the bone marrow ... so good. However, we were there 2 hours because our orders took so long. Don't think I'll return.

Met friends for a late lunch. My burger was cooked perfectly and, of course, more than I could possibly eat. The onion rings are great, also. Very casual dining. Parking in downtown Asheville is always a challenge . Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals.

I am VERY picky about beef, but the steak for two we ordered was fabulous!! Supposedly very locally sourced. Certainly tasted like a happy beef. The bar upstairs is fun for a before or after drink.

We were recommended by a restaurant local to go to Table and were disappointed. It's a beautiful place - perhaps the menu just didn't suit us as well as we would have liked. We had the cured meats and cheese platter and were not impressed. Main courses were also uninspired and the red wine was served much too cold. When... More
