The menu looked very promising but the food did not live up to our expectations. The restaurant was fairly slow the Sunday night we visited, I think only five tables were in use. Our waitress did not visit our table frequently, no water refills. The appetizer we ordered was quite a bit different than expected, even though we did not... More

The burger/shakes/fries were quite good. The restaurant also has a number of salads where you can add on chicken/steak/etc. I'd give this a 5 star, but my burger was a little on the dry side - not the best burger I've ever eaten. Also, if you are a vegetarian there are very few choices. I recall seeing a veggie burger... More

Our service was really good! I got the "bacon cheddar" and my husband had the "original five napkin". Served medium rare and true to the name, so juicy! We had both sweet potato fries and the hand cut fries, I preferred the hand cut fries but the sweet potato were really tasty as well! Highly recommended for burger lovers :)

All the service team that we saw (except the nice lady that cleared our table) were rude and condescending. Starting by extremely unorganized host that shows his stress level, to the waiter that makes faces when we asked for napkins...Burger tasted good, but you can find the same burger, if not better, all around Boston with nicer people serving it.

Burger was amazing, great flavour, service was good, wine and quantity offered was not good and expensive! Would I go again "yes" Our waitress Kat was great! Very accommodating and enthusiastic.

Needed a quick lunch and spotting this place. It is a nice family restaurant for a sit-down meal. I am eating low carbs so I was thrilled to see on the menu that I could order a burger and have it placed on a garden salad instead of on a bun. It was a huge burger and great salad. I... More

Not impressed. OK burgers at $18 a piece, plus an extra $5 for fries and $3 for a soda. Wait staff was hard to find, very slow to take orders and bring food. Food wasn't hot when served. I went there expecting a family type of atmosphere, and found a group of guys sitting next to us in their young... More

What's the sense of asking how you want your burger cooked, if they are going to serve it to you well done. O ordered mine medium rare and my wife ordered hers medium. They both were served well done. The only item on the menu's is burgers. You'd think they'd know how to cook them by now. All the burgers... More

This is not your grass burger joint. The burgers and fantastic. You can taste every individual flavor of each ingredient. I didn't even add ketchup to my burger (I always do), as the flavor was already so good. The environment is more like a steak house than a burger joint. The burgers are $14 plus another $5 for fries (enough... More

Black Friday shopping in the Prudential Center...wanted a bite, stayed for 3 hours! We, (5 of us), sat in the bar area and gorged on their delicious burgers and various libations...a good time was had by all and we were never rushed by the staff.
