Not much elbow room in Anthony's but the food was great. Service was fast and friendly. Portions are good but you could split the pancakes if you aren't too hungry.

By far my favorite place in Boston to get a breakfast sandwich, sometimes even two. They're counter is right in the back bordering the kitchen area making it easy to tell the cooks what you want. The food comes out quickly and its wrapped and ready if you need it on the go. They may not be ritzy but they... More

Stopped here on a Saturday morning for breakfast for 3 of us. There is limited seating, but worth the time. We placed our order at the counter, paid the bill, and then grabbed a table. Our food was brought out very quickly. The other dishes were a Western Omelet and short stack of pancakes. The food was very good, and... More

This is a basic breakfast place with paper plates and plastic cutlery, but the food was fine and the service prompt and friendly.

I love places like this! We had breakfast sandwiches on muffins and croissant. Quick and delicious. One in our group had to leave quickly for a work call and owner kept her breakfast warm on the stove! If I lived nearby I'd be a regular!

Simply, my kind of breakfast. Fast, good, affordable, and simple. It is small and may not seem inviting, but operated by family and they treat their regulars as,their friends.

My husband and I heard about this place from the bellhop at our hotel. We eat breakfast here everyday we were in Boston. The diner is small but the tables turnover pretty quickly. The service is good. The food is delicious. My favorite thing is their pancakes. Portions are large and the prices are reasonable. If you love local diners... More

Traditional American diner with classic menu choices. Definitely a great experience. Food is pretty basic, as expected. But ambience is great fun

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
