Paramount not only has the best breakfast around, but the dinner menu is fantastic! I would highly recommend the BBQ chopped chicken salad or the Coconut Siracha Chicken! Huge portions and always delicious!

Crowded poorly organized place where you order pay and then scramble to find a seat before your food gets cold. Went with a large group- got different information from staff who were rude and unhelpful and clearly overwhelemed- would not let us get table or take food of counter until we paid but was not enough room for the food... There weren't many breakfast spots to choose from but so glad we took the walk to come here. Simple easy breakfast, you tell the guys behind the counter and they perfectly make what you want without writing anything down. You then order your drinks and pay and find a seat and your food gets brought to you. This is a... More

However they run like a well oiled machine. There is a wait as its a small place but it's worth it. The food is great, the menu has a lot to offer, even specials. We love breakfast here overall.

We visited this diner three times during our stay trying different items on the menu. Despite warnings on here and from locals we didn't queue on any occasion despite one of them being on a weekend. Overall though the experience was a little disappointing. The menu is fairly limited and the food rather bland (although the French toast was well... More

We ate there around 10am on a wet Tuesday morning so no queues and brilliant service. We had a fruit bowl and blueberry pancakes between 2 and it was definitely enough. Food delicious and excellent value. Would highly recommend

It's crazy how crowded it is here. You get on line, wait to order, maybe 30-40 minutes, then get seated with your order. As their sign states, the process works. Their food is great! I had blueberry pancakes, my wife had very popular caramelized banana French toast, my kids had pulled pork and turkey sandwiches. All was great! The experience... More

The wait is fairly long but the food is decent. My dad loved his French toast and said it was the best he has had. I liked my omelette but it was nothing special. I brought my parents here for the experience as this place is well known in Boston. I do prefer traditional restaurant seating where you are seated... More

We visited the Paramount as the reviews seemed to suggest that is was a must-go. We queue was long and by the time you had got to the front you have had plenty of time to make your mind up. It was a Sunday morning and very very busy. The food we felt was enjoyable but nothing special. There was... More

We come from Italy ! We walked for the whole day, we were starving and our friend that lives in Boston suggested this restaurant which is one of her favorite one. I got a cheese burger and my partner got a pulled pork taco! Doggie bag to go , large portions Perfect! Well recommended !

Staying in Beacon Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Beacon Hill
Visit this historic and ritzy Boston neighborhood to soak up its classic New England charm as you stroll down cobblestoned, gas-lamp lined streets. Bring your walking shoes, camera, and select a nice day to wander through the hilly neighborhood and check out its exclusive addresses. Louisburg Square, Mt. Vernon street, Chestnut street and the extremely narrow and widely photographed Acorn street make a nice walking path. Make sure to meander down Charles street to poke into boutiques and antique shops, cafes, and restaurants on this quaint shopping street. Don’t forget to catch a glimpse up close of the State House with its beautiful and iconic dome.
