Dear all I arrived down in Boston during a rainstorm. As we often do (I am receiving treatment at Mass General) we ordered a takeaway pizza! As it was pouring down . We ordered through chow now as we were directed to do so when...I called the restaurant directly, 45 minutes later I called to see progress an they told me that my pizza delivery guy had a problem, so no delivery would be happening. I then had to call back as there were no refund email notifications coming to me. At this point they intimated that the the driver was the problem not that he had a problem. I wrote to them so that somebody in authority knew about the had occurred. This was my first email to them; Just wanted to let you know about my recent experience with your restaurant. On Tuesday 7/27 we arrived into Boston again for appointments at MGH! Now we have been coming down quite regularly and will need to do so until my surgery can happen. Now we have ordered from you guys on a number of previous visits and always enjoyed your pizza. Now we arrived later than anticipated due to adverse weather conditions . So I placed an order with you guys at about 8.45 for delivery, through Chow Now. Due to said weather. I have a crushed tibia and I wasn’t sending my wife through that storm. She normally picks it up by hand! We were starving and had an early start the next morning but being aware of the weather we figured that would impact your delivery times. So I waited until around 9.30 when I called your restaurant. This is when it went wrong. I was told that they had experienced a problem with delivery , apologized and that was that. Then I remembered that I had paid for it but no refund came through to my phone. So I called you guys back and was apologized to again. Then he told me that about 4 minutes before my pizza was due to be dispatched they had an”issue” with the delivery guy. So no pizza ever arrived. I was refunded so all that is good as long as actual credit hits my account in the next couple of days! My dilemma is, do I risk ordering from you again, we certainly would love to. Or do we just walk away. Attached is cancellation notification . Also I have not yelped this occurrence. I owned a restaurant for 14 yrs and pretty worked in them my whole career. The dread of reading a bad review always broke my heart And frustrated me. Why didn’t they say anything whilst here so we could fix issue and their evening!! I’ll bid you a good night. Kind regards, Dominic Your comments welcomed. Ps I was unable to add prosciutto in the Cow now app. I could take things away just not add them. just FYI I then wrote to them 4 more times to no avail! I called them numerous times only to get a full message box that was unable to take messages. I called a couple of times during service and could barely make myself heard. I did eventually speak to a duty manager George who assured me that the general manager would call. Needless to say, she hasn’t . I even asked them on one occasion whether it was 1. Shoddy Service 2 lack of respect for me as a customer Or 3 just pure arrogance working for Todd English!., Not one to normally write such reviews, I felt compelled to as when things went fine it was great, but really curious as to whether nybody else has been blackballed by themMore

Came here with two good friends of mine on 8/20/21. It was my first day back to Boston during my trip. We were met with a warm welcome by a lovely guy. We ordered drinks & were given complimentary focaccia bread w/ herb & olive...olive oil, the bread was was absolutely flavorful and delicious. Then we ordered pizza which was out of this world deliciousness, we had it all together, one side was Fig & Prosciutto & the other was Crispy eggplant, the fig & prosciutto pizza was remarkable as you get that yin & yang combination of sweet, tart & salty of the 3 elements of fig, balsamic & prosciutto, the gorgonzola was a lovely touch to the pizza. The eggplant pizza was absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy eggplant w/ ricotta cheese and a lovely marinara sauce. The crust was thin & light which was a lovely texture. I was very impressed by this establishment with the freshest ingredients they use. I highly recommend this establishment in Beacon Hill. As a Culinarian & Foodie it's a Top Spot in my book. Definitely check out Figs you will be surprised as your palate will thank you!More

Very inattentive service. They have repeatedly gotten my orders wrong via phone and even online. Today they burnt my pizza (see picture). The servers and the employees are all checked out and do not care. This place used to be decent. I will not be...returning.More

Wow! This place blew me away. Didn't know what to expect. The two of us originally ordered two pizzas but our server wisely told us one was more than enough. We couldn't finish this excellent pizza. Everything I saw people being served liked amazing. Can't...wait to go back. Perfect to stuff myself after having to fast for tests at Mass Gen down the street!More

Growing up in NYC, I never thought that Boston ever had a worthy pie compared to a New York pizza. These oblong, brick-oven, crispy and yummy creations are right up there. Who knew fig maramalade went so well with prosciutto? The Oliver (regular cheese red...pizza) with the thicker crust was wonderful. The meatball sliders and charred, spicy broccoli were also incredibly addictive. Great, attentive staff too who clearly knew how to manage this restaurant where the diners and pick-up orders were non-stop.More

Excellent pizza spot in Boston with unique, amazing pizzas. Definitely try the fig prosciutto pizza, it's excellent. The salads are also pretty good. Great portions for a very reasonable price. Nice ambiance and good service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pizza place that's...unique in its own way.More

Todd English still has the touch. This place has excellent chow. The brread and olive oil they bring to the table is the same as my first visit to Olives over 40 years ago... magic! To start, we shared the Old School Tuscan Bolognese (Tagliatelle,...Fontina Burro Fusso, Veal Beef and Pork Bolognese Sauce, Parmesan)... rich, creamy, fantastic! For pizza we had the Bronx Bomber (Pepperoni, Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil)... perfectly cooked, excellent. They practiced good Covid table spacing... service from Valentina L. was terrific... laid back, friendly and efficient. We love Figs!More

Had take-out delivered to our hotel. Many great sounding menu choices from apps to salads, to entrees and, of course, pizza. Meals were delivered promptly and (mostly) piping hot. Adequate portions with very nice Pomodoro sauce. Calamari, however, was good but tepid temperature. We would...definitely order or dine there again.More

We found this by accident in Beacon Hill after a beautiful walk through the neighborhood. Best. Pizza Ever! Wood fired crispy crust which can be split in half with different toppings. My half: fig with prosciutto. Magnifico! My husband had the Bronx Bomber, and honestly,...that was the largest pepperoni I’ve ever seen. In addition, they gave us greasy-baked house bread and olive oil for dipping. Excellent! Little place but looked as if it was filled with regulars. What a great find!More

Not sure but they're currently closed (at least as of 10-22-16) due to a recent fire.
