I had been advised to just have a drink here but fine elsewhere as it would be overpriced. Nothing could be further from the truth. The cost of a great macaroni cheese with Caesar salad and a pint of Blue Moon was very reasonable and...the ambience in the Cheer bar was great as was the souvenir shop and the chance to see the actual bar where the TV series was filmed.More

Our dinner here was quite delightful. The food was very good as were the presentation and service. We enjoyed the dessert stations after dinner. It is an ideal location for this type of event.

I was at a business dinner this week where the company had rented out the Cheers-Set bar and the private dining area upstairs. The group I was with was an older crowd so we all got a kick out of having a beer where "Norm"...called home on his bar stool for so many years. The venue was fun, the food was really good. I would certainly recommend this location for a company dinner or private party.More

Recently attended a private party hosted here, as a client appreciation event during a trade show going on in Boston. The venue was very nice, and fun to explore all the different rooms in this estate home. There are two bars (one up and one...downstairs) and the set up was great for mingling. There was live music, which does get a bit loud simply because of the smaller size of the individual rooms in the venue, but it was easily abated by going upstairs for more conversation. Overall, a great event in a unique, centrally-located venue.More

This is where the show Cheers was filmed, at least the outside, where the stairs and entrance is. There's a TV setting stage where the bar is upstairs that is very cool and if you drink a beer there you can take the mug that...says "cheers" home with you. Worth going.More

Restaurant was beautiful, but service was horrible. Hostess did not greet us, waitress was bored and not attentive. Food was average at best.

Last evening my husband's company held their holiday party at Hampshire House. It was the perfect spot. A variety of appetizers and drinks were served in the bar before our dinner in the library. The library was a large room, beautifully decorated for the holidays...with a fire in the fireplace. We not only enjoyed the atmosphere; the waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We found Hampshire House to be an excellent choice for a company get together.More

My company came here for our 2016 Holiday party, and it was a great event! We rented out the Library and the Baker Bar for a cocktail reception and sit down dinner. Food and drinks were delicious! The venue itself was beautifully maintained (the fireplace...was great for how cold it was that night).More

My company booked the whole property for a global meeting dinner and the food was marvelous. The room was really tight for everyone but the food makes it up for it

I'm sorry to say I don't know either. We stayed at a different hotel & rode the T. I did see some street parking but the Cheers bar is in the same building so parking might be problematic. Calling them is probably your best... More
