If you want something swanky and fancy - go elsewhere. This place is for the people and the service is super fast and the prices are very reasonable for being in downtown Boston. Great pho and a large variety of other dishes. If you can finish everything on your plate then you've probably been going hungry for a while,

Came here for dinner after walking for over 2 hours.Soup is perfect for cold winter night. The place was full but waiting time is short. Quick service, good eat and cheap(around $10). I recommend beef noodle #13, generous serving of meat and bean sprouts and basil leaves.

The mixed beef pho (#13) was one of the better ones I've had around the world. Hits the spot on a cold Monday night. They tried to seat me near the restrooms. I requested to move as the smell wasn't pleasant. Hence, my "average" rating.

The decor is not much to look at but they have the best chicken soup in town. My wife and go here after the gym and enjoy the huge bowls of wonderful chicken soup. They also do take out if you don't want to take in the view at this hole in the wall. Its also very cheap.

A lot of locals with friends at this restaurant. The service is quick and the food was nice. Poh was nice. Large portions. Was given tea right away. The waiter was attentive, but it took some time to get the bill and pay for the food.

The place gets very busy with diners due to its low price and very large portions . Menu seems enormous so helps if you have some idea of Asian food to chose correctly . Quality of the food was average but on a night out in theatre area a quick meal is sometimes what is called for .

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
