Being Asian, perhaps my standards are high but I took a few bites and had to throw it all away. Terrible food. Lacked taste and I think it may have been rotten. Not sure as my stomach has held up. Would never go back again.

It was the the worst Indian food I had so far in any country .. Soup, chat, curry and bread .. all were equally non-eatable! there was nothing Indian about any of the tastes! Ordered it through delivery.com and had to throw all my food and go out to eat!

We recently enjoyed a delightful pre-concert meal at Bombay Cafe. The service was pleasant without being intrusive and the meal was terrific. We had the Nariyal coconut soup which was terrific, a garlic nan and an assortment of other dishes. Everything was pleasing and freshly made. The restaurant was quiet on a week night and we did not have to... More

Value for money. Hits the spot. Basic fare that is both wholesome and tasty. Clean place too. Easy paid parking on the street. Don't miss the Kheer dessert. Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. I used to go 4 times per week for the cheap indian buffet, and eat dinner there one time per week. Lunch is simple, flavorful and a great value. 7$ for all you can eat. Dinner is delicious, well made indian food. I love this place. Really one of my favorite places to go while I... More

We discovered this restaurant in the late '90s, and have been going ever since. The prices are reasonable. The food is very good. They are very accommodating to requests for different spice levels. Everyone we have brought to eat there has agreed on the quality of the food. The Mali Kafta vegetable balls are a favorite.

This has become my new favorite Indian restaurant in Boston. So delicious! I love their kabuli channa and like it spicy. They do a great job balancing spice with flavor. The menu has all the favorites. My husband loved the tikka masala. If you're in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and go inside! It's wonderful.

Bombay Cafe is pretty good. It's nothing I can really say bad about it...Luch buffet everyday for 7 bucks? Can't complain. The only thing I would suggest is that they add more variety to the buffet. It's the same thing everyday which can get a little boring...Although they do change the vegetarian dish on a daily basis. The location is... More

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
