We went to the Cambridge store. The variety of cannolis is amazing! They also have big display cases full of other pastries that will make your mouth water! A must visit

This popular pastry place offers amazing deserts! We had the opportunity to try many of their pastries and they were all delicious. You got to try the Lobster tail, a huge croissant type desert stuffed with cream! Another one of our favourite is the strawberry...More

Just stepping in the door of this shop is an experience. So many pastries and literally any concoction of cannoli you could dream up. You can, of course, get a slice of Boston Cream Pie here as well.

I'm sure the pastries are excellent here. We didn't find out, as we observed the woman behind the counter pick her nose (in a pretty big, obvious way) as she was helping customers. Yuck!

So me and my wife kept seeing people walking and carrying these boxes and finally asked a gal what's up with the white box with string wrapped around it. She told us that we have to go there for dessert. We did and WOW was...More

Mike's has grown tremendously over the years. If you go on a weekend be prepared to stand in line and get jostled around. There are other places just as good where you can go and sit down and relax with a cappuccino.

Every time I’m in Boston I will always stop by Mike’s Pastry on the North End for the best cannolis ever! The pastry shell is light, flaky, and crispy. The ricotta filling is not too heavy and not too sweet. My favorites are lemoncello and...More

Our first trip to Boston and we were told not to miss Mike's. Keep in mind that I've never been a fan of cannolis, but when I saw so many flavors I decided to give them a try. We got them to go, then went...More

Not that they are the only two in the North End, but Mike's somehow wins over Modern by a nose hair; not that you will find one in the Cannoli. If your looking for dessert in the North End; MIke's has a full assortment of...More

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church

Agreed with previous two responses. Line around the building and shoulder to shoulder lines on the inside. Parking - I can't even imagine. Good luck!
