I went to The Chicken and Rice Guys based on a recommendation from someone at work. It was as described. Nothing fancy, but it was tasty and fresh. I had the Chicken and Rice with vegetables (cucumber and tomato). Portion was large and satisfying.

I don't fully understand why I love this stuff, but it is amazing. They serve up a healthy portion of grilled chicken and lamb with rice, salad and pita and provide you with some white and red sauce to pour on top. They have a bunch of food trucks, plus a storefront near Chinatown. There is always a long line... More

The food truck people have a storefront on Bedford Street near Downtown Crossings. By getting there at 11:20 am, we missed the line out the door. In the 10 minutes it took us to get our lunch, the line was out the door. I got the regular size combo plate of lamb, chicken, rice, pita and chopped lettuce added a... More

My go-to place when I am visiting Boston and I need to grab something to take back to my desk for lunch. Tasty and filling. I found this place after seeing the line out the door over several days (must be good, right?)

This place always seemed to have a line out the door, so I grabbed a bite there to take back to my desk. Terrific and tasty, and a great value. Will definitely return!

After attending an event we weren't starving but wanted a small meal. As we drove by their store we decided that " That's perfect". We went in and as newcomers we were explained the menu and ordering process. I had the gyro meat and chicken combo over perfect yellow rice and my wife had the chicken over salad greens. The... I wasn't planning to eat but when I happened to pass one by, I ended up trying it. Tried the gyro(lamb and beef) and the chicken. It was soooooooo good. I could eat this everyday. I would love to visit this food truck any time I have the chance to.

it's rice, salad, and chicken in a to go container. The food is cooked well, but the next step is to doctor your food with the sauces which are very good: various degrees of hot sauce, sriracha, creamy garlic, mint curry, barbecue, etc. They also have tofu, but it could be a little dry if you go after 1 pm.

A simple, limited-menu, "rice-bowl", fast-casual dining restaurant. Lots of reviews to good "food-truck" but what does that really mean? Food trucks and what they offer vary widely. This is a quality rice bowl shop that serves quality food quickly. They offer either a chicken, lamb, or non-meat option. I found the experience pleasant and food a good value.
