Best to go with a good friend that you love talking with. The wine will be special, as will the conversation. The food, not so much. Just OK.

Went here occasionally when I lived in Boston several years ago. This place is still great years later: dark, sexy, great food, super wine selection, and knowledgeable staff. We stopped in for a late, light dinner. Had just a couple items from the appetizer menu...More

My wife and I visited Boston for the first time, it was GREAT!, with one exception. We are in our late 50s and have been to many restaurants. I'm trying to remember any worse than Bin 26, without success.More

The linguine with asparagus & tomatoes, fantastic. Not a sommelier, anyone can learn quite a bit just reading the leather wine tome with maps included! Staff are very attentive. Chocolate mousse is enough for 4 Europeans to share. A banquet table for full family or...More

Lovely little place. On a nice block in Beacon Hill. A+ mimosas and French toast. Others in our party got pancakes, salads, soup and everyone raved. Waitress was pleasant & helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nice place. Went for brunch/lunch on a Sunday. It was quiet and nice. Service was good but plates took a while to come out and were a bit small.

After passing by two popular overly busy places on Charles street on a Sunday at 10am looking for brunch- we went in here because it wasn't busy- and what a treat! Duck hash Benedict was absolutely sensational. Mimosas, excellent selection of fruit including watermelon. Highly...More

Service was very slow. One meal was burnt while the other was raw. Servers were sympathetic to slow cooks but for tourists on a limited timeline I would not add this to your list.

Visit this historic and ritzy Boston neighborhood to
soak up its classic New England charm as you stroll
down cobblestoned, gas-lamp lined streets. Bring your
walking shoes, camera, and select a nice day to wander
through the hilly neighborhood and check out its
