This is a larger Starbucks. Plenty of seats. Friendly staff! We had hot chocolate due to ice cold weather outside, very nice!

Right when you need a coffee break is a gritty, urban Sbux but no place to sit except a couple patio tables with the homeless guys.

There is literally a Starbucks on every corner and within every hotel in downtown. No shortage here. Service is really good, even though lines are usually long during peak hours.

I asked for a Skinny Hot Cocoa and was served a Hot Chocolate with Skim Milk, but not Sugar Free Mocha. It wasn't until I asked after drinking the sugar that I was told this Starbucks did not have the SF Mocha on their menu. I should have been told that information in the beginning. Our drinks were awful -... More

There hasn't been a time that I've been here that it isn't filled with people. A good thing. The drinks and service are always spot on, and I'm happy to visit!

I had to pick up my bib and packet for the Boston marathon, so we wandered around the finish line area to check it out a couple of days before the race. This Starbucks is located just before the finish line. I like the way they had "YOU'RE ALMOST THERE" in the window. I'm not sure if that's a permanent... More

Walked in around 3pm on Sunday afternoon. It was like we had walked in to a study group on a university campus with Apple sponsorship. There must have been 20+ students, taking up pretty much all the tables, with Mac books out, iPhones plugged in and headphones on, in no hurry to leave. While it must be great for Starbucks... More

There is nothing particular about this Starbucks. A typical one like any other. It is good to meet a partner for business given their free wifi. Their coffee is good too.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
