Best downtown eatery in Tupelo for lunch. Amazing chicken salad and tomato soup. A great place to meet up with friends or a quick get away if you work downtown.

A friend of mine told me about Cafe 212 a few years ago. He raved about the chicken salad here. So when I'm in Tupelo, I call ahead and order a quart so my husband and I can have this for lunch for the week. They offer a Savory chicken salad which is of the salty variety and is really... More

Excellent sandwiches, many unique but always great. The desserts are also wonderful, as is the potato salad.

I've been to cafe 212 around a dozen times and it's the same every single time; Very, very good!! The menu is small; It's a sandwich shop with some soups and a few other items. They do what they do, and they do it well. The bread is the freshest you will find anywhere and the chicken salad is the... More

We popped over here for lunch while visiting the Tupelo Auto Museum. We had chicken salads (2 kinds, sweet & savory) a white cheddar salad, and the special...chicken casserole and side salad. Portions were good and prices very reasonable. Order at the counter and your meal is ready very quickly! Great, cute spot.

This cafe came highly recommended to me as a place I had to go to if I was in the Tupelo area. Well here I am. We had the white cheddar pimento cheese and the moonstruck mushroom grill. Both were excellent and according to the owner are two of their best sellers. We also had a side of potato salad.... More

I was on a coach trip heading down to New Orleans and we stopped in Tupelo. 32 of us descended on this cafe and they were absolutely delightful. Really friendly efficient service we were all served quickly with superb food. I had the tomato soup with the 1/2 cheese bagel. The soup was excellent obviously home made with pieces of... More

To avoid the fast food strip outside of town, I chose this cafe in Tupelo's attractive and restored downtown for more authentic local flavor. The sweet young staff treated this old guy well. There is artwork and comfortable seating to help you to relax and to enjoy their delicious coffee and homemade baked goods. Next time in Tupelo, I will... More

Best food since arriving in the US! Sandwiches and soup were delicious and the couple who own 212 were lovely.
