The reason one doesn't see many Persian restaurants is because cooking Persian food on a large scale and having it taste like homemade is difficult to do. Despite a recent change in the management, Pars Grill has kept its authenticity, quality and ambiance. Try any of the Kebabs or the stews. Don't forget the "tadigh" with your choice of topping.... Ate here sometime ago and the dining experience was amazing. Was in fall and the layout and decor was quite cozy. The waitresses were very polite and service was quite efficient. I enjoyed each course of my meal. For appetizer, I had the Olivieh Salad. I also enjoyed the Koobideh. Dessert I thought was however the best! I had Baklavah... More

Had soup and appetizers for lunch. Quite tasty and good service. No lunch menu or less expensive lunch prices. Very pleasant experience. I would return again.

Pars: Well, we were in the area and we saw this restaurant that it was empty (only two tables occupied). We never tried Persian food so, for us, this is going to be a new experience. We were set down and a friendly staff brought us the menu. We had some questions; even the dishes were named it in Persian... More

My husband found this Persian restaurant a few years ago and we go back every time we visit NYC. We always get the Fesenjam, which is just fabulous. Highly recommended!

Traditional decor but service and quality of food wasn't deserving of the price. Portions were large but service was slow and it wasn't even half occupied.

Out of the way, just east of 8th Ave but definitely worth the trip!! Family run, the food is excellent, flavourful, good size portions, varied menu and at a reasonable cost. Many local patrons which says a lot about how good this restaurant is. Comfortable decor and friendly attentive service. All this and home-made baclava as well!
