OK but coming from LA. LA has better ramen. Their pork bun was good. Nice good service. Would not wait in line though.

When I arrived in NYC, it was a little cold and wet, I was a little jet-lagged, so I really wanted some comforting hot soup. Then ramen came to mind! It was awesome and hit the spot! I had pork bao sandwich, kimchi side and spicy Paitan. When I come back to NYC in June I'll be back here again!

Got a hankering for some ramen whilst staying at our hotel nearby. Searched for places in the area and tried this one. So glad we did, only waited a minute or two before they my friend and I sharing a table with another couple. Ramen was fantastic, very spicy! My friend was skeptical of ramen at first but was instantly... More

Really fun and great ramen place - but don't get it confused with the Japanese bbq place right next door.

Got the classic Chicken Paitan, which was one of the best ramen I've ever tasted. The broth was very rich. We came before 7 and there was no queue! Just a note that the place is tiny and is always crowded so it would be difficult for large groups.

It's was my first time eating at this restaurant. My friend had been to a different location and was raving about it so we stopped in for dinner. To be perfectly honest, the pictures on their menu did not look appetizing to me but when I got the dish the food looked and smelled delicious. I got the curry ramen... More

The place we went to was at 240 W 52nd Street. Went late at night and with not so much hunger. This place hit the spot. Ordered some dumplings and the Miso soup. The soup was enough for four of us plus the dumplings. Felt great. Good food. Funky atmosphere. They only take cash so hit the Federal Reserve or... More

First of all, the ramen is delicious. The broth is rich without being greasy. The fried garlic and char siu are terrific. Subtract two stars for the deafening rap music with obscene and offensive lyrics. Not a great atmosphere for children. Subtract one star for demand from waitress for a 15% tip on the total bill (including the tax) In... More

Tried many ramen places in ny and this is my favorite. It's one of the few places I would wait in line for. The broth is super rich and perfect for a cold day!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
