Bill's Bar and Burger is a convenient place to eat at if you are near Rockefeller Center. It is just ok, and I would not particularly recommend it. If you don't have a reservation, there is about a 20 minute wait for dinner. They give you a buzzer and you can just wait in the ground floor of the restaurant.... More

We ate at Bill's on a recent trip to NYC. It has a fun atmosphere, service was great, and the Bill's Burger was wonderful. To top it off, I ordered the Peanut Butter Shake - pricey but worth it as you received one glass with a side metal container full of more shake. We will definitely go back the next... More

We loved Bills. Our server was fantastic. She was so friendly and when we had questions about the menu and NY in general she answered them without any problems. We both ordered burgers and had some onion rings and the sweet potato. Yum yum pigs bum. The burgers were delicious and the sides were fab. We then went for the... More

Nice restaurant/sports bar close to the shopping areas. I sat in the basement overlooking a projector screen with sports. The burger was very good and a milkshake with Baileys for dessert were a winner.

A bit pricey but so is everything in New York City. Everything is a la cart so bill adds up fast. Fast and friendly service and good burgers.

Really lovely food and a wonderful Canadian waiter. Basketball on tv and cool music but not too noisy. The peanut butter bomb was the bomb.

Our first meal was spent at Bills Bar And Burgers at The Rockefellar Centre and this was a nice way to start our trip. The day was chaotic with so many people looking to enjoy lunch there (given it was Dec 22) but the staff were friendly, happy, accommodating and welcoming. We were seated immediately (it’s like they created a... More

Me and my partner are in NY for the week and stumbled across bill's. The food was very tasty and we really enjoyed it. The drinks were expensive. Helpful staff I'd happily return.

We brought out three adult children there on a recent visit to NYC. We have been there several times before. As in the past, the burgers and sides are good, drinks are a little over-priced, and the service is good. Atmosphere is very loud. Hard to hear conversations at our table. Would recommend this for a quick, casual dinner.

Thank Kathy S

Practice makes perfect...and burgers are no exception. The Bill’s burger evolved from countless tastings, recipes and lots of burger love. The result is a blend of three meats, smashed and cooked on a flattop griddle, served in an all-American seeded bun. It’s your reliable, made-to-order hamburger, plain and simple. While Bill’s flagship location in NYC’s Meatpacking District opened in 2009 as a small neighborhood joint, it quickly turned heads across the city and was followed by a 400-seat space at Rockefeller Center, the biggest standalone burger joint in the country, and a location ‘down the shore’ at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Regardless of size or stature, every burger served is made fresh daily. Grab a seat at the bar and select from a long list of craft brews. Bill’s has got some sweet treats, too, from hand-dipped milkshakes to decadent cupcakes.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
