Average Italian food on a fancy place. Small portions of expensive pasta (yes! It’s only pasta!). Not impressed at all.

We went to Manzo for dinner on Saturday, October 21. I had the beef short rib, which was good, but not excellent. It was not as tender as some I've had and the sauce was good but not something that I would crave. My partner...More

I have tried every place in Eataly and this is my favorite. A few of its restaurants have disappointed me in the past (and I thought I'd never go back) but Manzo is a welcome exception. A simple dining room that is casual and somewhat...More

Manzo is a quiet-ish nook inside the bustling Eataly. There are two other ground floor walk-in restaurants for fish and vegetarian, but you can make a reservation here for steaks. They also have salads and pasta for the non-carnivores, but why bother. We had the...More

We go to Manzo every time we visit NYC. This time it was only my daughter and I. The place was nicely remodeled. Love it. The waiters were extremely friendly. The food delicious as always. We had a caprese (beautifully served in a little copper...More

Inside Eataly an Italian food emporium there are 4 restaurants. We chose Manzo. It was primarily a meat oriented restaurant which had to satisfy the tastes of myself and three others. We looked a the menu and they did have a small selection of other...More

We spent 12 nights in NYC and had dinner at Manzo 3 times and once in the Pizza Section at Eataly on 5th Avenue. We tried just about everything on the Menu over the 3 Dinners we had in Manzo and can honestly say we...More

Lovely cocktail to start then plenty of Italian choice. A lovely cache et pepe pasta and grilled asparagus. Expensive, but good food and good service, so worth it.

Description
Attenzione: Manzo is temporarily closed for renovations from “head to tail”!

The name will stay the same, but get ready for new everything else. Manzo is transforming into a true butcher's restaurant, complete with a redesigned menu celebrating all things meat, a different layout, and an edgy new cocktail menu with a focus on Vermouth. In other words: your favorite restaurant will soon be your new favorite restaurant.

While you wait for us to reopen on March 29 (or maybe even earlier!), enjoy an early taste of the new menu at the Manzo Pop-Up at La Scuola every Sunday from 12-7 p.m. Learn more and book your table!
