We ate here with friends, celebrating birthdays. The food was good and the service was excellent. We will go there again.

We had a fabulous lunch with cousins who dine here often. Food and service were divine. Authentic. Spacious and well lit. The restaurant was full and not noisy. Will return for sure

We ate here before a play after walking by and noticing the pre-theatre menu ($39 for appetizer and entree and dessert for an additional $5 from 5:30 -6:30 pm). The drinks were generous and brought with the shaker (my husband had a regular martini and I tried the pear martini which was delicious and garnished with slices of fresh pear).... More

Our group of six ate at Circo in March, 2017. The was our second visit. Each time the food was excellent. Each time the service was perfect. There were no problems. The washrooms were very clean. The atmosphere in the restaurant was interesting. We will return.

We seven old friends found ourselves at Circo last evening for a delightful reunion. The unobtrusive but diligent service made for a leisurely repast. We began with a table of savory appetizers: oysters, chicken liver crustini, carpaccio, and caprese which brought smiles all around. The entrees satisfied even finicky meat, fish and pasta lovers with their artful presentations. My own... More

Ambience was outstanding. Found on the Internet blind luck....found under Osteria Del Circo, so while figured that out had a 530pm reservation before our 8pm show. Plenty of time and we were asked if we're attending a show when the reservation was made. Service from the front to the back of the house 5 stars. Our wait was spot on... More

We ate here before the theater. The Fixed Prix menu was delicious had perfect sized portions so we weren't tempted to take excess food home. Not surprisingly, the pasta was really memorable, cooked far more al dente that I would ever try. The salmon was far more flavorful than at many other "fine" restaurants. The desserts are beautiful and indulgent.... More

All in all it was pretty good. The menu was a little odd and maybe outdated. The service was spotty. The food was pretty good and the portions generous. We enjoyed it.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
