I was in NYC for a convention and came back to this place every day after I first discovered it & again on my next visit. Every hot & cold tea, every pastry & the Ramenritto were all delicious. It's pricey, but to me it was worth it.

I had a ratatouille ramenritto, was salty and full of a sweet, garlic flavor. But the costumer service was welcoming and patience. I'll definitely be back there in the summer.

I love everything about this place. So far have had their rose black tea latte, strawberry chai lemonade, matcha Madeleines, matcha white chocolate chip cookies, & the Ramenritto. All were to die for. I don't even live in NYC, & I make a beeline for Press Tea when I get to town for a visit.

First... the employees are very friendly. There thing is how they make the tea... yes, it's different... but after trying it three times...it's nothing special. Last time the tea had a dry unfresh taste. The pastries are ittzy bittzy tiny...will a big price. But, very nice people.

Beautiful little toile wallpapered tearoom in Greenwich Village near NYU. Serves refined petite pastries such as dulce de leche cheesecake and mini cupcakes along with excellent teas. We had the Chai Masala and Rooibos. Attentive service. A charming respite from the hustle and bustle.

Came here with a group of friends and we were able to commandeer half of the tables and chairs. The owner was awesome and gave a brief overview of their business and why they do the things they do and some upcoming events. He's extremely friendly and very approachable if you have any questions. The decor of this place is... More

Staying in West Village

Neighbourhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
