This is a Japanese chain, known the world over. We are fortunate to have one just around the corner. Whether you want an afternoon snack or need to bring dessert to friends, they know their product and deliver every time. Space inside is small, really a takeout place.

I still adore these wonderful creamy eclair/cream puff things. They are heaven and they are cheap. I was surprised to find this is a Japanese chain making rapid strides in the US market. My guess based on content would have been some old Viennese pastry chef. They are popping up all over but I stop at the one on Broadway... More

This shop has the best cream puffs in town! The price is reasonable, shop is clean, and the cream puffs are just the best!

Prior my visit in New York, I had this address to visit on my list. Cream puffs are awesome...I bought a box of 6 puffs...it was too much greediness.

Traditional cream puff, your choice of vanilla or chocolate fillers. The pastry covered with chocolate is a little dry. They don't have many options but it's a great place to go if you're craving sweets. They're closed for renovations and will reopen end of summer.

Excellent cream puffs! They fill them to order. Quick, friendly staff. They have some tables but it's more of a grab and go type place. We were staying in a hotel close by and we popped in more than once.

My second visit and the variety is not as big as before but the Eclairs are the best ever. They are filled to order and very fresh and the filling is just heavenly.

Stopped by twice to pick up cream puffs and, for the price, I doubt you can find better in the city. Always at least two fillings available, a traditional cream, and another less traditional (strawberry on my 2d visit), changing frequently. Puffs are two sizes, each -- though generously filled -- that eats more manageably than the more common soft-ball... More

I stopped in with 4 kids ages 10-14. They tried some of the vanilla and hazelnut cream puffs and loved them. I think I paid $8 for 5 bite size puffs. The kids loved them. Also, the mochi ice cream bites received rave reviews. The interior is small and cozy. The kids said they'd definitely return to try different flavors.

Can't argue with how yummy the cream puffs are! But the staff had a bit of attitude (maybe because it's in Upper West Side) and the flavor options were limited: vanilla or green tea filling, vanilla or chocolate pastry. Much more available (and friendlier) in San Francisco. But since we don't have one in Boston, it'll have to do. Seating... More
