Visited this joint while passing through 'Little Italy' in NYC on Dec 27th 2016. After being ignored, then hearing excuses as to how busy they were, and waiting 35 mins for our meal (vegetable pizza with onion, mushrooms and sweet peppers with side of steamed broccoli with roasted garlic), we had the most underwhelming and disappointing experience ever! The only... More

Vincent's was representative of everything Little Italy has become......boring, fake and a Tourist trap. The food was just Okay. The service was slow and spotty. The drinks was below average. expected a traditional italian meal but just wasnt. Very disappointed.

If you're expecting an elegant dining experience, don't come here and go to Da Gennaro. This is a casual restaurant with very solid southern Italian influenced New York fare. It's a good value, it's fine and fun, and you can't go wrong when you're on Mott St., Mulberry Street, or on Hester.

Meal was fine however when an incident occurred between 3 tables of customers the management did nothing to resolve the issue which caused a table of 8 to leave the restaurant before their meal. The instigator of the incident was not not approached to stop her abusive behaviour. Bad management

We've eaten in quite a few places in Little Italy, most being overrated, like Vincent's. We ordered a Margherita pizza that was amazingly awful. True amateur hour quality. I can swear it was a frozen pizza from the supermarket! Our pizza was so pathetic, it rivals DiFara in Brooklyn (see my review) for the poorest excuse for a pizza ever... More

We stopped here on a whim while visiting Little Italy. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. The service is definitely on the slow side, but they were all extremely nice, the drinks were cold and the margarita pizza we all shared was delicious. I would recommend as a pit stop when you're not in a hurry! It is slightly out... More

I have been going to Vincent's since the mid 90s, on Long Island and in Little Italy. Always enjoyed their food, and it is still good. Little Italy continues to shrink as China Town is swallowing it up, and the crowds in the restaurants have declined (also noticed the major decline in yellow taxis vs, Uber) Service was slow (40... Came here 10 years ago and it the little italy experience most are looking for. Today things have changed. The pizza was just sad, I pretty sure it was a frozen pizza and if not then it definitely could compete with a frozen pizza. The $9 glass of chianti was just acidic, and since I live in Toscana I am... More

Went here for the history. The good was ok, I had lamb meatballs which were huge and very filling. Pasta dishes and pizza others in our group got were ok but not great for the price. Service was ok.

After visiting other Vincent locations as a native NYer we decided to try the original....what a disappointment! The food was horrible ...the eggplant was burnt and a grilled chicken dish with fresh mozzarella came out with a w flattened overcooked chicken pieces with melted pizza cheese ...not fresh mozzarella . This was after waiting one hour , when we questioned... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
