So when you have all of these fabulous restaurants around you and you don't know who to take out from when you're staying at the Warwick Hotel, this is not the place...we spent $56 on what was supposed to be a large pizza ( it was two small burnt pizza's) and my husband said the chicken Parmesan sandwich was horrible.... DG has classic pizza - it can be good if not great ... but the pizza rarely disappoints. The service can be bad - pre-theater the restaurant is jammed, noisy and service is erratic. My friend J got his pasta and then waited over 10 minutes for my pizza to arrive - clearly they ruined the first one and had... More

Good casual Italian dining. We had veal parmigiana and veal picata, with a side of steamed brocolli and were very pleased. The pinot noir was smooth. Service was attentive.

We tried to get into Carmine's, but the wait was too long. We just kept walking until we found this place. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated immediately. More like the trattorias we found in Italy. Loud & boisterous with great food. I had lobster ravioli. delicious. My wife had a baked sausage ziti dish that she enjoyed.... More

I visit Don Giovanni for dinner whenever I'm seeing a show in the Theater District. Considering where it's located, it's surprising to find their prices lower than others in the neighborhood. Tonight I had polenta covered with spinach sauteed with garlic. A large portion, and oh, so tasty! To go along with it I had minestrone soup. It was a... More

Family style salad was fresh and crisp and fully adorned.....the bread was delicious and warm.....olive oil and all the dipping seasonings were a great adder. Our brick oven pizzas were exquisite! My son's Rustica was gone....hard to believe as the small pizza's are easily 12+ inches. ...my quattro formaggio with pepperoni was grande! Fresh mozzarella and the slight crust char... More

We just dropped by this place. Had the pizza with pear(!) and it was fantastic. The service was also perfect. We had one beer that was delayed, and when we reminded the waiter we got one beer on the house as well.

The twinkling lights drew our attention, so we decided to give it a try. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter who immediately recognised our Scottish accent. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was very good, my daughter had a pasta dish which she really enjoyed too. Service was excellent and the food was good, couldn't fault any of... More

This was a great find for my friends birthday. We had an amazing dinner (bruschetta and lasagna). They have a great little patio. Joey was our server and he made great recommendations, took care of us and ensured we had a great time. Would definitely eat here again.

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
