My son was craving their pastrami sandwich after seeing it on YouTube. It did not disappoint. It was amazing. The pastrami just melted in your mouth. And to top it off, we got to sit at the table featured in the movie, “when Harry Met...More

Of course the sandwich was excellent. The meat was some of the best slow cooked corned beef I’ve tasted, but it’s certainly NOT worth $23USD. It’s a freakin Deli, you order at a counter where some dudes that trained at Deli University, slice meat serve...More

The waiter was rude and the lines were long to get in the restaurant and then again to get seated. The servings are huge - too much for one person. The food is good but not great. Had a better experience the first time I...More

Delicious deli. Be prepared to stand in a noisy line to order & then scramble to find a table. The Matza Ball is the size of a baseball. So delicious. The sandwiches are the best. Love that they have Dr Brown soda. Don’t forget to...More

My whole family loves this place. It's delicious and decadent and if I ate here more than once a year, I couldn't fit in the door. The pastrami is out-of-sight. So good. And the pickles?! YUM! All yum.

Lower East Side
Straddling the bridge between New York’s thriving
immigrant past and its modern transformation into a
beacon of global art and culture, the Lower East Side
is one of the most dynamic neighbourhoods in the city.
The blocks of tenements that represented the promise
and blight of the Lower East Side immigrant experience
now command top dollar for new residents. Right next
to old-world delis, 24-hour bodegas, and the garment
