I always have to stop here when I visit New York. It's a small place so come in between the lunch and dinner rush. The staff is super when you have questions about allergens or for people new to vegan food.

This place is incredible. The menu is extensive and everything on it sounded delicious so hopefully I'll get to return someday to try other items. I eventually settled for the seitan sandwich and fries. It was a good choice, the fries were so crispy and...More

I'm not a vegan and I could not tell that I was not eating meat. Everyone talks about the BBQ wings so we tried them, they were good but I'm from Buffalo so wings are our thing. I liked the cajun fried shrimp better, I...More

This place has the most incredible, mind blowing food ever! From the buffalo chicken wings (my favourite) to bourbon chicken and the mango chicken. I found this place a week ago and I’ve been here twice already (and I live in jersey shore )

The chefs at red bamboo will trick your tastebuds into thinking you are not in fact at a vegan restaurant. The options are numerous and our choices were chicken wings, chicken parm and bbq ribs. All of these were delish and the chicken parm hero...More

I went with my children, 12 and 15, vegetarian and vegan. We are constantly looking for good food without animal products. The wine list was very good. The barbecue-buffalo wings were so wonderful. The menu is vast and perhaps tries to do too many things....More

The food was good, but be prepared for a very American take on Asian food. The sauces were syrupy and sweet, and there is very little spice. Definitely super affordable and the service is really friendly and fast!

Great place with several vegan food options! It can get pricy if you're like us and just have to try several things on the menu. But the food will not disappoint you! The wait to be seated can be trying. I think we waited almost...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.

Hi! We offer mostly veggie options and can substitute tofu for our mock meat. For example instead of mango chicken we can make you mango tofu. Also, we offer a gluten free soy sauce for the teriyaki or black bean ginger stir... More
