Unassuming decor, moderately priced and perfectly just OK food. We had the 12oz steak and strip steak (two higher end menu items) and it was no better than what comes out from your oven at home. That's not a bad thing, but certainly no cause to go out of your way to return. When I take that first bite, I... More

we came here after getting ignored at another restaurant - we've been here before, but not in a long time - maitre de remembers us - food as usual was great, service very friendly, reasonably priced - it was night and day from the 1st restaurant - we were even treated to a complimentary glass of wine - this is... Very friendly staff giving excellent recommendations. Our waiter suggested we order one steak and one fish option and share. Rather odd for business dinner but it worked well. Can't recall the name of either but flavor of steak was phenomenal, just a little tough. Fish was awesome, too. Flavors rate 5 stars.

This establishment has to be one of the city's best kept secrets! Although the decor and perhaps the ambience are nothing to write home about, there were numerous singles at the bar who were there for the drinks but left without eating. Be that as it may, while they were at the bar and not obtrusive at all, the night... More

While this isn't the fanciest place around, the quality of the meals at a very fair price has us wanting to go back. The feijoada was very tasty with smoked sausage. The acorn squash stuffed with shrimp was a delight to both the eyes and the palate. It is a diverse menu that transcends the usual churrascheria offering. Service was... More

Stumbled on this little gem by accident. Not a typical Brazilian rodizio that you see in the U.S. Just had appetizers at the bar as it was early afternoon. Gabriel our bartender was awesome. He is from Rio De Janeiro. Very friendly and attentive. Got to work on my Portuguese. Caipirnhas were spot on and made me longing for the... More

A Friend from Brazil introduced me to this restaurant a few years back. Anytime we have company in town we go here. Food is authentic drinks are wonderful. From Xingu beer to the caipirinha ( national drink). We eat starters: frango a passarinho ( boned fried chicken pieces marinated with garlic), linguica com mandioca (fried yucca and sausage) and cheese... More

While walking around the city one evening my wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant and fell in love with it. Great food. Romantic. Great atmosphere. Bustling with guests on a Friday night. The restaurant has a mix of traditional Brazilian dishes - from roundish fried croquettes stuffed with beef, sauteed red snapper fillets with shrimp, butternut squash, and coconut... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
