Poor service, worst TGI's I've ever had. Jack Daniels burger came without sauce and fries were cold.

We just left the Macy's thanksgiving parade and after spending 5 hours standing in the cold we thought it would be nice to grab some lunch. It is obvious that this place needs a complete overhaul or in the least a very thorough cleaning! It was considerably dirty, but being as hungry as we were we decided to tough it... More

If you need a quick bite, watching sports this is a great option. Bar staff are great and friendly. They do have tables but I didn't seat there.

We found the chef uninterested to serve food that we could eat due to our allergies. Serving staff were not ver helpful either.

We went on our first night, not too sure where to go. We had ribs and sliders, both very stiffly priced. The ribs were dry with disappointing side dishes and the sliders no better than a burger from a fast food restaurant.

Didn't really like the lay out of the restaurant feels a little grubby and messy, also cramped. The food wasn't bad, nothing exceptional. Very expensive for what it is. Service was good but the waitress was OTT, too much for me, obviously trying for tips. The toilets were disgusting, dirty and smelly. I have been to loads of TGI before,... More

Having walked into this restaurant off 5th avenue I thought that this restaurant might have a slightly more modern interior/decor than an "out of town" restaurant. Turns out it was old and run down - but that isn't even the issue. When it's filthy dirty and worn out you start to worry about the hygiene of the kitchen as well.... More

Having tried TGI's in England we thought we would see how the Americans do it. Not a lot different to be honest. As always the food was good without being anything to write home about. The service was a bit below par if anything, I was expecting more as the waiters usually work hard for their tips.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
