I have eaten here a few times mostly for the atmosphere and it's close to the office. The food is average for the price and the servers always seem to be overwhelmed when we eat here. This is a good recommendation for tourists who want to check out the park.

Have been several times. In winter it's average in spring and summer when you can sit outside it is very good. High quality food for a "high end " restaurant group. I wouldn't go out of my way but if in the neighborhood and again in warm weather it's a good spot for lunch or dinner.

Met a client for lunch and I was surprised at how nice it was inside just based on the appearance from the outside. Despite it being a rainy grey day, we sat in a large room that was covered with an oversized clear plastic roof which made us feel like we were sitting outside. I had the Tuscan white bean... More

The place Is really nice. The food was really good, small portions of appetizers which is quite unusual for a New York place, that being said both appetizers and food were excellent. The cocktails were quite good as well.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here. We called earlier in the week and were told that we don't need a reservation because they don't typically get booked and we could walk in at any time. So we did not make reservations. We walked in and were told that they were overbooked and they could only seat us at a table by... More

My husband and I were invited to a rehearsal dinner held at the cafe and were thoroughly impressed and had a great time. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible! After dinner we strolled around Bryant Park and had such a lovely time. Everyone we spoke to said they also had fun.

Attended a corporate reception. Finger foods were good but not enough for price company paid. Helpful and friendly staff.

My husband and I visited NYC to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. Our hotel was near Bryant Park and the concierge recommended we try the Bryant Park Grill because it offered a varied menu. We had visited Bryant Park on previous trips to New York but had never eaten at the Grill - a huge mistake on our part as... More

Can't believe this place wasn't packed! I guess it was because we were there on a Monday night. The four of us each had a different dish and they were all good. The sea grill was excellent as was the pork chop. It was a nice relaxing dinner. There were several couples there, very romantic if that's what you want.... More

Since I've eaten here before, although it's been a while, I feel that the quality of the food has dramatically fallen and the prices have drastically increased. It's a great location, especially sitting in the enclosed outdoor area, with an overly priced glass of mediocre wine. To pay $20 for a chicken cobb salad, I would expect to get real... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
