We were supposed to pop in for one drink, but the bartender managed to keep us at the bar for several hours creating a great atmosphere and showing off a big smile. The place was buzzing and filled with customers this whole Tuesday early evening....More

Called in here for a couple of beers, fast service (although a bit sullen perhaps) and of course the obligatory tipping for being served at the bar seems a bit much for a Yorkshireman to get used to.

Heartland has some really good beers on tap. I would recommend getting a beer flight so that you can sample multiple beers.

Good quality burgers, steaks, etc. Very good location for theater. The preparations and selection do not live up to the higher end prices. Has a chain feel, though still a nice place. Very good service. Can get busy and noisy with tourists.

Went there with a group with pre-arranged menu before a Broadway show. Took an incredibly long time to get any drinks, then even longer to get food. Food was served family style on large platters with NO serving utensils even after we asked. We ended...More

One of the few casual chophouses in the Times Square area, this Heartland Brewery combines the rich character of a steakhouse from yesteryear with a modern restaurant sensibility. In addition to a beer-friendly menu specializing in Black Angus beef, you'll find a museum quality collection of pre-Prohibition beer artifacts, including back-bar sculptures, trays, and photographs. Three spacious private dining rooms, all of which have their own separate bars, are available for parties.
