After a busy morning and early afternoon around Times Square with my 9 1/2 year old grandson, we were ready to meet his Mom/my daughter for lunch somewhere nearby. Based on a Yelp search, I found Tony's Di Napoli. The reviews were good, but I...More

Went with friends from the west coast - adults and kids. Great service and waitress guided us. Meatballs outstanding. Chicken pen well seasoned and still moist. Watch out on dessert portions. Great atmosphere busy and loud...

This restaurant had been recommended by a friend and he did not steer us wrong. Good food served family style. Two entrees were plenty for four people. Waiter was patient for us "newbies" even though it was very busy.

I was a little skeptical about a good Italian restaurant so close to Times Square. No need to be. Food was excellent. Service phenomenal. Plenty of food - too much really. Chicken parmigiana awesome. Insalada caprese we could have eaten all day. I would definitely...More

We went for a late lunch. The bartender was friendly and helpful. We ate at the bar. I was undecided between 2 dishes and she recommended one. It was a great choice. I had the squid ink pasta with seafood in a spicy marinara sauce....More

I go to Tony's every time I'm in Manhattan solely for their Chicken Parm and great service. Well, after looking forward to dinner, the entire experience was a disappointment. Our waiter, Argon, took our order and disappeared. Someone else delivered our drinks. I asked for...More

The food was great. The Alfredo was some of the best we have had anywhere. The sausage and meatballs were also very good. The acoustics were a tad noisy and made it difficult to hear the other side of our round table of 8, but...More

I loved this place. First of all the staff, from the owner (who welcomed us warmly) to the busboys were extremely friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is energetic and buzzing. It's a family gathering place where people are loud and joyful. The food is to...More

This place had the best pasta! We had the zucchini to start which was amazing followed by the alfredo and spaghetti. Both we wonderful! The only downside was that it was hard to talk because it was so noisy. I would recommend making reservations. The...More

The place is great. We liked sitting in the second floor(the basement). The food is the best Italian food I've ever had. Service is exceptional. The portions are huge; it's family-style servings. We will eat here every time we go to New York City.

Description
Tony's has served up some of the best old NY Italian favorites. Our cooking comes from Southern Neapolitan traditions and served up in huge family style platters that serve 2 to 3 people.
