I love this restaurant and so come back each time I'm in NYC. The artichoke dip is something I would never try elsewhere, but I can't get enough of it here. Portions are hearty, food is delicious, prices make for good value and the service...More

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here. Both had very tender filet mignons cooked perfectly. Taking freemans alley piques your curiosity as you wind your way down the graffiti walled alley to this very cute restaurant at the end. Ambiance was romantic; lots of warm candlelight....More

Went for brunch on a recent Saturday and loved the entire experience. Down a little alleyway but not too hard to find, started with Bloody Marys (def) and enjoyed typical brunch type offerings. A little expensive but welcome to NYC!

Read about Freeman's on social media, and went for a walk to find the alley. It is really a unique hidden gem. Great black bean veggie burger, and also roast beef sandwich. Great atmosphere !

Freemans makes food to order. While it's unlikely to have gluten-free bread, I think the cooks will try to accommodate dietary needs.
