We arrived late in the afternoon and were greeted and seated promptly. The menu has a wide variety of choices. Our food was served hot, freshly prepared and everything was delicious. We ordered the Bangers and Mash, Fish & chips and the Onion soup. Portion sizes were just right, especially good for sharing. Our server was attentive, but there was... More

Had a bit to eat before the theatre. Wasn't impressed with our server. Actually, the language barrier was a bit rough. The food was decent, but nothing earth shaking. Probably a good place just to have apps and drinks. Location is nice and with a good atmosphere.

We first came here about an hour after landing at JFK for a desperate attempt to put off going to bed too early. The nachos were fab and we visited again during our stay. Great food, good atmosphere, friendly staff - and the nachos were awesome, both times we had them.

I thought for sure this would be decent bar food. I was surprised by the quality and taste of food. The service was excellent and the food was spectacular. Price was not so bad either.

Greeted by a very friendly member of staff who asked us where we preferred to sit. Once seated she gave us menus. Ordered Nachos, potato skins and cheese chilli chips. Enough food arrived to comfortably feed four. Serving staff friendly, music good, overall pleasant experience

We visited for quick bite after the theatre. It was a quieter night in late January, but since place stays open till 4 am started to get a bit livelier about midnight. Food was average pub food, service was attentive, drinks were like mini-sized and of course priced high, but it is NYC. We ordered sliders and a plate of... More

Emmett's was recommended to us and our first visit was on the night we arrived in NYC. Food was much needed and we weren't disappointed. We both ordered sandwiches but they came with a mountain of fries/salad which was delicious. On our second visit we just wanted a snack so ordered a side dish of chilli/cheesey fries which would have... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
