This was our first and last time eating at this chain. Food was cold. Salsa looked brown. My friend and I did not feel very good after eating here.

Usually a nice quick option if you're in the mood for fresh mex that won't take long. Counter / Line ordering where they build to order. Salads, burritos, meat & non-meat options.

We had the veggie enchiladas. Very hot but we loved it. Boy was the whole service fast! And food was hot. Not too busy at 12.00 noon.

We were driving through town and realized there is a Cafe Rio in Cedar City. Great place to get some good tacos that are hearty, fresh and enjoyable. So that's just what we did. We were able to eat outside since it was a nice,...More

I used to love café Rio but the last several times I have visited the lobby has not been clean and the food has been fair at best. Several of the employees were sitting in the lobby area eating while it was not clean. That...More
