This is a dive -- unaffected and authentic. Upon entering, there is a main dining area. Then if you go back, almost into the kitchen, go left and there's another dining room, and two outdoor areas. I had dinner. Most meals consist of massive slabs of meat, so you'd want to go with a friend if you want fish or... More

Got the 3LB T-Bone, ordered medium and came out well done. Hard, chewy and lacked flavor. Filled up on the French Fries, should tell you something about the main course.

Ordered the catfish platter which is usually outstanding. The catfish was cut up in nuggets. Several had plenty of fish in them but there were some that there was no fish to be eaten in. Everything else was good and service was good as usually.

The waiter was very nice and attentive . The meat is served Barbaric Style( big large T-bone steak , no flavor , no seasoning at all, it's just cooked on grill , placed on a big platter and served with your sides. They really do need to consider seasoning the meat , I have been there 3 times and the... More

The location is in a sketchy area, but they had a security guard out front. Inside is pretty rundown, but clean. The steak (filet) was delicious, but the sides were pretty underwhelming. It's a bit pricey. My 8 ounce filet mignon was $36. It comes with side that were not great. The fries came in a pool of grease (I... More

While in Little Rock on business a colleague of mine and I had the good fortune to have dinner at Doe's. I am from Mississippi so I have eaten at the original Doe's in Greenville, MS. We had a 2.5 pound Porterhouse that was cooked to perfection! The outside was lightly charred and the inside was medium, just as we... More

Date night at red meat lovers paradise. Big steaks broiled served with fresh cut fries. Tamales are the best along with shrimp. Burgers at lunch are always a hit.

I was very impressed with the meal I had at Doe's Eat Place in Little Rock. Don't let the seedy exterior appearance and security guard in front worry you. Once you enter Doe's, it is well appointed and comfortable. The food is fantastic. While we did not make a reservation, we caught them on an evening when they had everything.... More

This is downtown off the beaten path and has to have one of the best Cheeseburgers in Little Rock! Chrystal our server was outstanding! Great service and fast! Their dinner menu looks awesome and I have heard their steaks are stellar! I will definitely have to try them for dinner on my next visit!

My husband and I went to Doe's for lunch on a Thursday. It was at the end of the lunch crowd but still quite busy. I had tamales and fries and my husband had a burger and fries. Both were very good. The server was very friendly and attentive. One of my favorite lunch spots in Little Rock.
