Delicious food & excellent service!!! They have a good variety of steaks and their green Chile soup was soo good. Francisco was great.

The place looks nice and the food is tasty. But the service is very slow and lack of attention. Needs a better training for the hoster and waitress service.

First time here. Enchanting. Service and ambience excellent. Food very good on price/portion. Quiet so conversation can be had. Points off for kitchen being too slow. The signature soup is amazing.

We went here for our anniversary and could not have been happier. All four of us had delicious meals, two chose the rib eye, one the tenderloin, and one the halibut special. The steaks were expertly cooked and excellent. The wine was reasonable and good. The service was helpful and attentive. They surprised us with an amazing Tres Leches cake... More

This was by far one of the WORST service experience at a fine dinning establishment. Been here 5 times. Wait staff ignored us, the bread guy served the tables next to us and passed us by twice with a full basket, when we requested bread from a different service staff who went to fetch the guy who serviced bread, the... Cafe Central is right in downtown el Paso, nice restaurant, very good music live, good service. It is sophisticated but still with a taste of family. It is hard for me to chose on dish but the Duck is amazing and the smoked black rice with it makes a dish to remember.

Our hotel suggested Cafe Central for our one night in El Paso. We were seated near the singer and musician, which reminded us very much of a 70's lounge act,,,seating in another room would have been better. The wine list was good..and priced reasonably. We enjoyed the caesar salad & beet tower as well as the salmon and duck breast.... More

When you have reservations at a restaurant of this caliber you shouldn't have to wait while the hostess figures out where to seat you when the place is half full. The waitress shouldn't have to have an explanation of what a prixe fixe menu is and especially if you tell her it means a tasting. If you order a whiskey... More

Still (after so many years) the best in town. A beautifull Setting, incredible wine-list, A knowledgable sommelier. Service at it's best and mouthwatering food. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but rest assured: worth every dime.

I can't begin to express the delight in a dining experience which begins at the door. By far our "go-to" restaurant for dining as a couple. The food......the service.....the experience; beyond superb. A must.
